Alien Object

This sign appeared at the recent Kite Festival at Rosebud on Port Phillip Bay.
Apart from the fact I thought that Alien Fitness was a strange name for a fitness group,
I thought that the little yellow item in the bottom left of the photo was strange too.
(Didn't see it till I uploaded the photos that day!)
There seem to be blue ones tucked away behind the chair legs on the left.
Anyone know what this may be?
